1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the wnba live platform — including the website, mobile browser version, or native app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wnba live. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Creating a registered account, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or making a deposit all constitute acceptance of these terms. These Terms and Conditions apply alongside any additional rules, bonus terms, or game-specific conditions that may be published on the platform.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Use of wnba live is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 21 years of age. Online gaming in the Philippines requires players to be 21 or older. Registration by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local law.
- You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of wnba live or any of its affiliated entities.
- You have not been previously excluded or banned from the platform by wnba live.
wnba live reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible player may be voided.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each player may register one account only. Multiple accounts per individual are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. wnba live will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].
wnba live reserves the right to verify player identity at any stage. You may be asked to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method verification. Accounts that fail verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered player on wnba live, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other technology to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bugs or errors, or engage in any form of fraud against other players or the platform.
- Opening accounts under false identities or using payment methods that do not belong to you.
- Colluding with other players in games where such behaviour is prohibited.
- Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other unlawful financial activity through the platform.
- Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account.
Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets or withdrawals, and permanent exclusion from the platform. wnba live cooperates with relevant authorities where unlawful conduct is detected.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All transactions on wnba live — including deposits, withdrawals, and winnings — are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method supports PHP transactions. wnba live does not accept responsibility for any conversion fees or losses resulting from payments made in a different currency.
Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by payment channel. wnba live does not guarantee same-day withdrawal processing in all cases. Current withdrawal timelines are available on the FAQ page.
All bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements that are published separately for each promotion. Bonus terms take precedence over general terms in matters relating to bonus eligibility, wagering, and withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. wnba live reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus funds if abuse is detected.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change. Players should review the Deposit page for current limits before initiating a transaction.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
wnba live provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for downtime, technical errors, or data loss that may occur from time to time. Players should not place bets on time-sensitive events when experiencing connectivity issues.
wnba live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses — including loss of profits or expected winnings — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to any player in any given month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during that period.
All content on the wnba live platform — including logos, branding, software, game content, and text — is the intellectual property of wnba live or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law
wnba live reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any platform-specific rules.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
- Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
- Prolonged inactivity as defined by our dormant account policy.
- A request from the player to self-exclude under responsible gaming provisions.
Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding voided bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met. wnba live is not obligated to return funds where closure results from confirmed fraud or terms violations.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of wnba live shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines.
